At Nature Space Resort, we offer a range of thoughtfully designed programs to help you slow down, reconnect, and cultivate greater awareness in daily life. Our offerings include introductory mindfulness sessions that gently introduce the foundations of practice, as well as the more comprehensive Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program, an evidence-based approach to easing stress and enhancing well-being.
We’re also proud to offer mindfulness programs specifically tailored for members of the veterinary profession — addressing the unique challenges, compassion fatigue, and emotional demands faced by those who care deeply for animals and their clients.
Our facilitator, Heather, brings extensive training and certification in mindfulness facilitation and stress reduction. With a warm, open, and compassionate approach, she creates a supportive environment for every participant — whether you’re new to mindfulness or deepening an existing practice.

Intro to Mindfulness
This 4-week live online course offers a gentle, practical introduction to the foundations of mindfulness. You’ll learn simple tools to help calm the mind, release tension, and respond to life’s challenges with more steadiness and compassion. Designed for anyone curious about mindfulness — whether you’re brand new or looking to refresh your practice — this series gives you a supportive space to explore, connect, and learn.
The Mindful Vet
This online program is based on the hugely successful veterinary school elective program, the Mindful Vet course is an evidence-based program built on the principles of the globally recognized Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, but this is a mini-MBSR making it more accessible, affordable and achievable.This mini-MBSR program is specifically tailored to veterinary professionals. This course is an experiential learning opportunity involving a mix of information, group meditation practices, gentle movement practices, sharing and discussing. There will be homebased practices that you are expected to do throughout the week between classes.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitator in an 8-week MBSR program. This is a fully synchronous, interactive course—not a set of pre-recorded videos. Each week, you’ll gather with Heather and a small group of like-minded participants for guided mindfulness practices, gentle movement, group discussion, and space to ask questions and share reflections.
