Fall Chakra Reset & Reiki Level 1 Certification
September 18-20, 2026

Realign. Restore. Reconnect.

Join co-hosts Alana Hatfield of Heart to Heart Healing and Heather Gunn McQuillan, owner & facilitator from Nature Space Resort, for a transformative weekend designed to help you shed the old and step into the autumn season with clarity, purpose, and a vibrant heart.

This retreat is a guided transition through energy work, mindful movement, and creative expression, led by two experts dedicated to your well-being.

Alana will spend the day with you on Saturday, and you will learn to harness your own healing energy in a Reiki level 1 course. You will leave this session fully certified and will have a personal atunement with Alana. Already have Reiki certification? This is a perfect chance to revisit the practice and have a re-atunement with Alana.

Friday, Sept 18: Setting the Path

  • Evening Arrival & Supper: Begin with a warm, home-cooked meal to settle into the space and meet your community.

  • Intention Setting: We ground ourselves and define our personal paths forward, setting the stage for a season of intentional growth through the autumn.

Saturday, Sept 19: The Power of Healing

  • Reiki Level I Certification: Spend the day learning to harness your own healing energy. You will leave this session fully certified and will have a personal atunement with Alana.

  • Yoga & Sound Bath: A gentle flow to align the chakras, followed by immersion in the vibrational frequencies of a restorative sound healing session.

Sunday, Sept 20: Creative Release

  • Morning Yoga: Wake up with mindful movement followed by a nourishing communal meal.

  • Integration Session: A guided moment to bring the weekend’s lessons together, solidifying your “step forward” into the fall.

  • The Flower Painting Workshop: Featuring guest artist Patrick Guindon of Creative Rebel Studios.

Featured Workshop: Floral Flow

“This is a magical one for hearts already primed for mindfulness, intentionality, and release.”

In this special session, Patrick Guindon leads a flower painting workshop focused on letting go of perfectionism. You’ll learn to go with the flow of the paint and find beauty in the “imperfect.”

Patrick will share his own journey of intentionality and mental health struggles, detailing how these florals helped him navigate his darkest days. This is your opportunity to channel your newly balanced energy into a tangible, creative expression of your own resilience.

Held in Comfort: Nourishment & Care

“Every meal felt like a warm embrace. From the first bite of our Friday supper to the final group lunch, you could taste the intentionality and love in every dish. As someone who usually spends my life planning and prepping for others, having six incredible, wholesome meals appear as if by magic allowed me to actually drop into my practice.”

We believe that true healing requires being fully held. Throughout the weekend, you won’t have to lift a finger or worry about logistics. While Alana and Heather guide your spiritual and mindful journey, your physical body will be honored with soulful, wholesome food.

Your experience includes six meals lovingly prepared by Heather and Jarrod, designed to fuel your chakras and warm your spirit:

  • 2 Soulful Suppers to ground you in the evenings.

  • 2 Vibrant Breakfasts to awaken your senses.

  • 2 Nourishing Lunches to sustain your creative energy.

Let us take care of you during this all-inclusive retreat experience

Trevor Grant

Trevor Grant has been performing his magical SoundEscapes sound journeys here at Nature Space Resort since we opened. Trevor says "I have been fascinated by sound for as long as I can remember, be it the wind in the trees, a metal railing echoing in a great hall, a rock band in full flight or the most delicate tap of a cymbal, it all speaks to me. As a percussionist I get to explore and release all sorts of frequencies, from primal beats of a drum to the gentle sparkle of tiny bells, Adding the breath of wooden flutes creates a palette of sounds that allow for a full range of expression. For me, music is a multi-sensory experience, something that is not only heard, but felt. My hope for my SoundEscape sessions is for people to experience sound and music in a deeper more attentive way than usual and to bring attention to the important role our sonic environment can play in our daily lives."

Patrick Guindon

Patrick’s expressive art is focused on good vibes: the art of living a vibrant, intuitive life and the feelings of gratitude, happiness and joy. His work is representative of these feelings, usually in the form of florals. In addition to originals, Patrick works on commissions, prints, greeting cards, and other home goods. Overall, his work is about the little feelings of positivity that add up over time to build a beautiful life. He works in acrylics and digitally. When he isn’t making art, he and his wife are raising their four wild kids with some dogs, cats, chickens, and runner ducks. Formerly a teacher, Patrick is now living his dream on PEI. His studio and shop, Creative Rebel Studio, is a creative process studio located on Main Street in Montague. He teaches classes and hosts drop-in process experiences and workshops (including ones for adults!) While there, you can view his work and purchase originals, prints and cards, art supplies, and gifts. Patrick’s mission is to support kids in building their toolkit of creative armour, so they can continue expressing and growing creatively as they get older, while also supporting adults to heal their art scars and (re)discover their creative voices. His new picture book, Ahoy, Mate, Ahoy! Miss Molly Molloy, is out now wherever books are sold. Patrick loves coffee, great books, loud music and reasons to laugh (really) loudly.
